         Who are we looking for?

If you feel this is you then please get in touch."We are looking for creative teachers/coaches with a strong background in their specialist area of expressive arts, previous experience of working with children ages 4-11 in a variety of contexts and that point of difference or extra something that makes you stand out from the rest. 

        What will you do?

        • Teach fun, exciting & creative Art sessions to children age 4-11 throughout the school day.
        • Be an absolute inspiration to children inspiring them to be who they were made to be and to dream big dreams.  
        • When appropriately to work collaboratively with your school & OTB to plan, adapt lesson themes on a termly/half termly basis using our bespoke creative learning continuum. 
        • Work alongside an on the job coaching mentor for support, encouragement whilst being teachable and always ready to learn yourself. You will receive ongoing support to help you be the best creative coach you can be. 
        • Undergo relevant training where necessary paid for by OTB. 
        • Run extra-curricular drama club (if desired: paid extra).
        • Serve each schools vision with excellence, humility, integrity and look to add that extra spark.
        • Build great supportive relationships with school staff and children - make them look forward to seeing you each week.
        • Take part in creative roundtable/training days once per term (usually Sep/Jan/June) in order to improve practice, share ideas, insights etc
