Plwg was developed by A2:Connect Arts and Education Network which was managed by the Arts Active Trust. A2:Connect formed part of the regional Arts And Education Networks project funded by the Arts Council of Wales and Welsh Government’s Creative Learning for the Arts - an action plan for Wales programme.
Plwg emerged from research and development undertaken at the time with teachers and creatives in finding a user-friendly solution for the education and arts and cultural sectors to collaborate.
Plwg is now managed by a team at the Arts Active Trust and funded by the Arts Council of Wales and Welsh Government.
